Can I see a sample of my print before placing a large order? +

Yes. For larger runs we can produce a physical proof or sample so you can check stock, colour and finish before we print the full quantity. Just ask us when you order.

How long does production and shipping take? +

Most orders are produced within a few working days and delivered free within 4–5 working days. Turnaround varies by product and quantity — the exact lead time is shown at checkout.

What is your returns and refund policy? +

Because every item is printed to your custom artwork, orders can't be returned once produced. If your order arrives faulty or not as specified, contact us within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
